Your rent includes cable, high-speed wireless internet, dedicated phone line with complimentary local calls, heating/cooling, utilities and bi-weekly housekeeping. Pets are welcome at an additional charge. Parking is not included, however, underground parking is available. Guests have access to 24 hour guest services, on-site fitness facility, an outdoor pool and hot tub, sauna and steam room. A minimum 3 months stay is required.
